Kevin Knight spoke Thursday, May 4th at 11:30am
Mr. Kevin P. Knight has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Knight Transportation since 1999 and served as the CEO of Knight Transportation from 1993 – 2014.
Prior to his leadership at Knight Transportation, Mr. Knight served as the Executive Vice President of Swift between 1986 – 1990 and concurrently as President of Cooper Motor Lines, Inc. between 1988 – 1990. Mr. Knight currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the American Trucking Associations (ATA).

Anne Ferro spoke on Friday, May 5th at 9:00 a.m.
The Honorable Anne S. Ferro was FMCSA Administrator from 2009 to 2014 and currently serves as President & CEO of the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA).
Ferro leads the association in supporting member agencies (government agencies in the United States and Canada who are responsible for driver licensing, vehicle registration & title services, and traffic law enforcement) to deliver safe drivers, safe vehicles, and secure identities.

Bob Costello spoke on Thursday, May 4th at 9:15 a.m.
As the Chief Economist for the American Trucking Associations (ATA), Costello manages all of ATA’s collection, analysis and dissemination of trucking economic information.
Mr. Costello will be providing an economic update on current and future trends in the transportation industry.
Richard York spoke on Thursday, May 4th at 9:00 a.m.
Richard York serves as the Acting Field Administrator for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) Western Service Center. In this capacity, he maintains oversight of the State and Federal programs in 11 Western States.
Mr. York will speak on the administrator’s vision of the agency and FMCSA’s interaction with the public.
Joshua Jones spoke on Thursday, May 4th at 1:45 p.m.
Joshua Jones is a member of FMCSA’s CDL Division. He is the Entry-Level Driver Training and Training Provider Registry Program Manager, as well as the Exclusive Electronic Exchange final rule. Jones also serves as a point of contact for FMCSA’s Midwestern and Southern Region Service Center and States
Jones will be describing the CDL Division’s activities relating to Entry-Level Driver Training and enforcement of the Training Provider Registry.
