So far this week, the state comptroller released a report of improperly graded license exams and missing tests. Also, a dump truck driver was picked up at a Preble rest stop for D.W.I. That's on top of complaints truckers frequently hear from motorists...ranging from their speed, size, and debris kicked up by tires.
But truckers say their job is one many motorists don't understand. They carry weight up to 80,000 pounds, which is twenty times the weight of an average car. It takes them the length of a football field to go from 55 miles per hour down to zero.
