Matt began his journey with Foley in 1997 as a Customer Service Representative. Vinnie Picciarelli, VP of Sales at the time, quickly recognized his talent and within three months brought him into his circle of Sales and Marketing. Matt continued to progress and eagerly learned about the world of DOT Compliance and Foley’s role in helping companies achieve and maintain it.
 

In 2000, Matt became a Certified Substance Abuse Program Administrator (C-SAPA). At the time, he was one of only a handful of individuals in the country to hold such certification. It was also in 2000 that Vinnie promoted Matt to Sales Manager. As Foley continued to grow, Vinnie transitioned into the role of VP of Business Development and in 2009, Matt stepped into his shoes as VP of Sales and Marketing.

Matt is widely recognized for his knowledge of DOT Compliance and the industry as well as for his leadership and his ability to motivate people. He has conducted hundreds of training sessions, seminars, and speaking engagements across the country. Currently Matt oversees a sales force of more than 50 Compliance Specialists and is an active member of many of the industry’s organizations. Matt resides in Colchester, Connecticut with his wife, a school teacher, and his 6 year old daughter, Vinnie’s Goddaughter.
