Deb manages the strategic direction of Paradigm, along with each of its subsidiaries. She has used her extensive background & experience at design firms, advertising agencies and other Fortune 500 companies to exponentially grow our company since she took the reigns in 2002.
Prior to Paradigm, Deb spent 8 years at Dow AgroSciences, a division of Dow Chemical Company. She was involved in the convergence of Eli Lilly and Dow Chemical products into a newly developed Dow AgroScience identity and package design. After accomplishing those tasks she moved onto managing the Purchasing Department and all the marketing and advertising vendor relationships used by the marketing teams.
Before joining Dow AgroSciences, Deb was Art Director at a longstanding major advertising agency in Indianapolis, Handley Miller & Assoc. She worked on major national and regional accounts such as AT&T, Indiana Bell, Hardees and other non profit organizations in Indianapolis.
Prior to Handley Miller, Deb was also Art Director at a prestigious design firm Miller Brooks in Zionsville, IN. Her accounts were RCI Condominiums, which she brought to the design firm as new business, and other building products & home improvements companies such as Delta Faucet and Woods Wire.
RCI Condominiums was Deb’s first corporate experience. Straight out of college she managed, designed, produced and grew “Perspectives”, a trade magazine for the resort condominium industry from a 32 page to a 64 page magazine.
Deb holds Visual Communication Design and Business degrees from Purdue University and Lockyear Business College.
